Ownership p: 44

AyinBase with R' Paltiel p: 44 6/3/2011 Friday 1 Sivan 5771

Page 44 – 4 lines from the foot of the page. (line starts: levad...)

The creation of worlds is only possible through the external level of the ha-arah/reflection.

The mashpia/mentor gives a mind/sechel/outlook that he was able to identify internally. He gives it to the recipient, who had not yet identified this sechel. For the mentor this sechel identifies a G-dly principle. It is sourced in something more real than it.

The chochmah level is fundamental. He can only give to the recipient the level of binah. The mekabel/recipient is not able to receive higher than this. The goal is not to nullify the recipient and stop his own thinking...

Sechel is not to work out worldly issues, it is to see the G-dly aspect.

Thus the mentor presents only the external level – 'how this G-dly/human level affects practical life...'

Animals have their turf – 'I you come here, i'm going to kill you...'

Humans have the principle of ownership, 'my existence, extends beyond my presence' – this is a reflection of a true presence. It reflects the principle of makif – the intangible reality of something .

Everyone recognizes that respect for ownership is respect for the human being.
