We need to get to the intelligence that is a manifestation of something above intelligence. We see something above and describe it on the intellectual level, but we do not limit it to the parameters of intellect.

Imagine telling someone about your visit to the Niagra Falls. You don't tell the listener about an aspect of what it looks like. You relive the visit and report from there. So too with sechel/mind – it has to be connected to its source.

The race car that goes in circles is not a car. It is serving no purpose. So too the sechel that is not connected above is not real mind.

Now we are looking at how the light, after the tzimzum, is still cleaving to the infinite light. And to understand this we are looking at the similarity and differences between light and atzilus.

Atzilus is a world where the light is becoming revealed. Light should be contrasted with briah/creation.
