Even after light comes into a vessel and becomes a 'something' (metziut), the real thing remains the light that encompasses it and gives it meaning.

And the human being can put the most subtle concept into words (vessels). The words reduce the light, but do not eliminate it... and the real thing remains the light that encompasses them and gives them meaning.

Without life, which cannot be seen, the body has not presence – it just falls apart.

Just like you cannot identify color by touch, so too Godliness cannot be identified by mind. Color is a a reality. But it does not exist on the touch level. In the world Godliness comes via bitul/humility. It cannot be grasped by sechel/mind. So too you should not refute your soul because you cannot see it with the physical eye...!

Light is dressed in wood and in steel. They do not sense it, yet spirit/light is revealed by material.

The hands clap at a joyous event. The joy that the hands feel is incomparable to that sensed in the heart and the soul... So too the feet when they dance... The feet and hands act at their level – in the realm of movement.

The hands clap spontaneously – they join into the joy, without really appreciating it. The joy affects them, and is dressed into them.

If the joy of the soul, we way it is felt in the heart was expressed in the hands it would be a disaster. The hands are not vessels for that level of joy.

Life is total – head to toe. And each level senses life in its own way. If a man becomes excited or sombre, his voice changes, and so too does the movement of his hands...

The light is dressed/enclothed in the vessel. There is a unity. The light has the power of essence. This is the origin of creation.

Creation is from Essence. Creation implies bringing about a 'stand-alone' entity that does not seem to refer to its source. It seems to exist independently. And this cannot come from light/ohr since it has the quality of 'coming from its source'.

The light comes from essence. And if creation came just from light there there would not be a yesh (self-standing entity).

So the light is dressed in a vessel, which is a metziut.

And this dressing of the light in the vessel is in a state of revelation. The lights reveal themselves in the vessels. This is phenomenal...! The light is not in a state of confinement. It is in a state of revelation.

This is because the vessels are nullified to the lights. The vessels say, 'don't pay attention to me, its all about the lights.'

The vessels are fit to receive the lights. They have a means to express the lights. And the light says, 'the main thing about me is the ability to express the light. Its not about me.' The vessel points away from itself.

The physical world unto itself does not contain truth and purpose.

The world is something from nothing. And the somethingness of the world does not have any reality except for it being continually created by Him.

The world does not hold itself up. It does not maintain itself. He continually brings it into existence.

Only Essence can keep the world in a steady state, without ever getting tired.

Light does not understand vessels and the vessels do not understand light. The principle of the light is its source. It says, 'here is the essence'. The principle of a vessel is its own being. It says, 'here I am, you can't ignore me!'

Essence needs no explanation.

And yet the light and vessel correlate perfectly. The light wants to be in the vessel. It is its mission to come down to a vessel. It is its Godly mission.

The soul gives life to the body. And this is a Godly phenomenon. They both want to do God's will and for this reason they unify. Without this they would not be able to 'say hullo to each other...!'

The physical represents 'being and not being in the same instant'. It is constantly being brought into being. There is no inherent reason for it being there.

“Life is true, not if you 'take it', but only if it is coming from the Source and it breathed into you...”
