Yesterday we looked at the difference between chochmah and binah, and this is for the sake of focusing on 'atzmus hachochmah/essence of wisdom'.

The main difference is that binah wants to understand things, 'from my perspective'. And chochmah strives to see the topic it its own place. For chochmah, knowing that the truth exists is already satisfying.

G-dliness is recognized in chochmah. And what does not draw from chochmah does not have Elokus. Elokus always remains in the domain of its owner. To relate to G-dliness one needs to relate to the Source.

The chochmah level of chochmah is able to discern things before they exist. To initiate something that is beyond existence. “It is the nature of man to seek the woman”, has the meaning that he sees and looks for her even prior to her being there.
