Questions and comments:

The Rebbe is taking us on a journey to show us something that cannot really be understood in a defined way.

The basis for sechel/mind is the level of definition that can be grasped.

Then there is chochmah which is based on a reality that cannot be grasped.

Will/ratzon is beyond reason. Chochmah is the seminal point of consciousness reflected down into the world.

Ratzon/will is beyond that. The light of chochmah is above the vessel of chochmah. It is beyond being identified by your thought process. It also relates to ratzon/will that is above it.

There is light that is dressed into a vessel and there is light that cannot dress into a vessel.

If we look at our mundane activities carefully we can see they are imbued with a light beyond their functional element.

In everything there is a vessel and the light that is dressed into it.

The light provides the 'life' element...

In human experience there is something beyond expression and definition.

What is the difference between chochmah/wisdom and ratzon/will. Chochmah applies to the circustance and ratzon is how it is at the essential level.
