Questions and comments:

The head tephilin has 4 sections. They correspond to chochmah, binah, chessed and gevurah... The 2 emotive elements (kindness are severity) are there in simplicity – embraced by the chochmah/wisdom and binah/understanding elements.

The simplicity/pshitut element is not absolute. The ingredients are sensed.

You may ascribe to a 'watchmaker' view: 'Okay God made the world, but now it is running along by itself.' We don't say that. We say that right now, right here, all is depending on Him for its moment-to-moment existence.

See it this way and you won't get lost in the labrynth of the world, since you see how it is all embraced and made by the greater Reality...

The isolated acts in this world are the vessels that demonstrate the higher light.
