We have talked of the 3 levels of lights.

They originate in His will for revelation. The various stages follow this.

The third level [which is after the tzimtzum] is the level where light is dressed into vessel(s).

It arose in His will to make the world. It arose from someplace? Is this a cause? No it is simple will. There is no preceding cause. It is a will not based on any need or cause.

There is the truth beyond content. There is the truth of His presence.
