Page
66 [of the pamphlet] a third into the page – line starts:
've-hinei...' (P50 in the book)
We
are talking about point, line, and plane (field). These correspond
to the 3 levels of light we have been discussing. The point
corresponds to the essence.
Essence
is beyond the mind. It cannot be mentioned in words. Sechel can only
point towards it, not describe it.
There
is a fundamental difference between man an all the other creations.
Man
comes from a deeper level. From His planning with a specific
mission.
Man
relates to his Source in a totally different mannder.
Man
is not just 'provided for', he is identified on a primary
level.
Nekudah/point
means there is a point originating in the reality of existence.
The
point is the very definition of the human being. When he is
associated with a home then there is the element of a line/kav and a
shettach/field. That is to say the man is no identified with a
presence. A real presence...
essence/point
means, 'there's a reality'. Reality does not need to express itself.
A concept does not need to express how it will be accomplished. It
is in the state of being a point/nekudah.
If
a point is real it has the kav/line and shetach/field inherent within
it...
