The decision to create the world is through the souls of the righteous. They are the internal intent in the whole creation. They are the essence of creation.

They are the inner intent of creation.

The initial initiation, is essential. It is an essential reality in Godliness. And this is not just a 'kick-off' and then it runs along on its own... it is not like throwing a ball that continues to fly by inertia. We say the original motivation continues to carry the ball.

The initial force remains the inner intent of the world - the internal vitality of the word.

The souls were created as real entities. Real presences. That is to say they are essential, not just external. They cannot be defined by their effect. They don't dissipate. They can be totally unobtrusive.

They can tolerate revelations of essential, inner lights and not be nullified.
