The
tzimtzum means that the lights and the sphirot become individually
identifiable.
This
is not to say they become separate entities that do no recognize
their neighbors.
In
the source the sphirot are one with the ohr ein sof.
And
even after the tzimtzum the sphirot remain the same, only that they
now become recognizable.
By
contrast the vessels/keilim are in a self-defining, separated status.
The
vessels are also sourced in ein sof – in the faculty of limit
(koach hagvul) in infinity.
