The
tzimtzum affects light and vessels differently.
The
vessels become 'stand-alone' elements.
The
lights never sever their relationship to their source.
In
tzimtzum the infinite light (ohr ein sof) is concealed...
Just because our Mashpia needs to have patience with us, doesn't mean that we should allow ourselves to be hard headed and make it difficult for him. And sometimes our Mashpia senses the difficulty and deals severely with us because of what we're doing, even if we may be blind to it.
