We
are recognizing there is a source for the keilim/vessels.
The
source functions in a hidden manner.
This
means without light and revelation (ohr and gilui).
Light
and revelation (ohr and gilui) imply connection to the source/makor.
Makor: think of water from an underground spring or from a river.
The real makor of these examples is the spring, rather than the river
which is like a reservoir (a place where the water is existing in
contrast to 'coming into existence').
Light
and revelation (ohr and gilui) imply connection to the source/makor
and like spring water they appear on the scene like a new creation.
The
rishimu/trace does not carry the connection to the source and is thus
called a hidden faculty (koach ne-elam).
It
is a trace of, 'something having been there'.
The
vessels lack revealed significance.
