Wisdom/חכמה, too involves 'light in a vessel' although you may ask, 'where is the vessel?'

In chochmah the vessel is very refined. It is almost non observable. For this reason the light shines there with great revelation. It is so great it seems self substantiating.

Chochmah always goes to the reality of things. It continually seeks to reconnect to this reality, that is not function and experience dependent...

The greatest pleasure for a person is to perceive chochmah/wisdom! This gives life and strength. Food, is just to ensure the body does not dissipate.

A baal tshuvah comes from a life focused on a life of physical experience. And then he abandons it and goes for the truth.
