We are looking at how two judges that differ essentially can be resolved by a third judge.

Each judge has delved into the matter to the extent that his sechel has been purified and he can perceive what his soul tells him about this topic. So each has a recognition of real truth that they recognize.

Then comes a third judge – daas hamachriah. And his recognition is on a totally different level. A new sky, a new reality opens up.

Each judge has a grasp of the Godly truth. But the Godly truth is infinite! There is a ladder that is based on the land that stretches up to heaven. But you have to go step by step.
